Boris Miller, LVT
With 16 years of combined experience in the veterinary field, 9 years of which were as a full-time LVT, I understand what it is like to be on the consumer side of equipment ownership, and the struggles of researching, purchasing, and troubleshooting veterinary equipment.
My approach to equipment design and customer experience is aimed at reducing learning curves, increasing reliability, offering relevant information from the start, and providing effective and accessible remote support.
I serve customers through technical support, QC analysis, and the development of dental units tailored to an individual customers' needs.

Our goal is to ensure that you will receive your purchase on time and in one piece. We usually ship within 10 business days from the moment of purchase (excluding holidays) All of our items are professionally packed and fully ensured. We ship via USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL. Tracking number is provided as soon as the shipping label is created. Unless specified otherwise, shipping and handling fees are included in the purchase price. Customs fees and /or import taxes (Canada) are not included, and they will be billed directly to a customer. If you believe that your item arrived damaged due to shipping (ex. box is visibly damaged) please contact us immediately.

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return it! Your item is guaranteed to be non-DOA (not Dead On Arrival). If this happens, Cuspid Equipment and Services will provide a return shipping label free of charge, if the following requirements are met.

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return it! Your item is guaranteed to be non-DOA (not Dead On Arrival). If this happens, Cuspid Equipment and Services will provide a return shipping label free of charge, if the following requirements are met.
1. Cuspid Equipment and Services will provide repair or exchange services free of charge for the the duration of the warranty period. This agreement does not cover damage incurred as a result of an accident or misuse. Accessories, such as handpieces, are covered for 60 days.
2. Customer is responsible for properly packaging the item. Full refund will be issued once the item is received, and it was determined that the latter is not damaged during return shipping. In the event of the latter, refund amount will be calculated based on the damage sustained.
